• Isticmaal burush jilicsan oo si tartiib ah u nadiifi ilkaha. Maalin kasta mari ilkaha xarkaha ilkaha (floss).

Dhiig Sanka ah

•Tani waa caadi.

•Kaadi marrar badan.

•Iska ilaali cabitaanada leh kafeyn.

•Samee jimicsiyada Kegel (la soco qoraal ku saabsan jimicsiga kegel) si aad u xoojisid oo u xukuntid muruqyada ku wareegsan siilka.
